How to find us

St Margaret's is situated between Abbey Road, London Road, St Paul’s Road and Broadway/North Street in Barking. This is just under 10 miles by road from Central London, on the east side. Both the A406 (North Circular Road) and the A13 (Alfreds Way) are within ½ mile.

By tube: District or Hammersmith & City Line to Barking, turn right when you come out of the station and keep going until you see the church (about 10 minute walk).

By train: C2C or Silverlink to Barking, turn right when you come out of the station and keep going until you see the church (about 10 minute walk).

By bus: buses 62, 278, 368, 369 & 387stop close to St Margaret's.
